Over spring 2025, I had an opportunity to collaborate with the Costa Rica designer team of Leoforce. Where I've worked closely with them for this AVA project along with the Design lead. Replaced vague chips with explicit labels ("Associate," "Hybrid"), significantly improving usability and findability for all users
No more guessing - switched to explicit filter tags

After Iteration - My iteration strategy balanced the need for quick, accessible filtering on the main feed with the creation of a comprehensive, well-organized filter system to support advanced job discovery, improving findability and reducing cognitive load for the neurodiverse user base.
